Group FP&A Senior Analyst - Insurance

We’re recruiting on behalf of a market leading, global insurance group. The business has fostered a powerful, differentiated brand that delivers value to customers and drives business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

The Group FP&A Senior Analyst will be instrumental in providing financial insights, analysis, and support to senior stakeholders within the organisation. The role is high profile with regular access to the C-Suite and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Ultimately, you’ll play an integral role in shaping the performance of the business.

What we need you to bring to the business:

  • Qualified finance professional (ideally ACA)
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends/experience with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel capability
  • ‘Hands on’ attitude
  • A great communicator with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights to drive business performance
