About the Role As Finance Business Partner, you will provide expert financial support and guidance to a key Business Line within the organisation. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives, promoting growth and ensuring strong financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning and analysis, delivering insights on performance and P&L trends. Manage annual budgets, variance analysis, forecasts, and Board reporting. Support strategic initiatives, including business plans, pricing bids, and profitability assessments. Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting key drivers and opportunities. Ensure accurate month end close processes and compliance with company policies. Build transparency and accountability through robust financial frameworks. What We’re Looking For ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent. Significant experience in business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance. Strong accounting knowledge and analytical problem solving skills. Experience supporting growing organisations and bridging the gap between Finance and Operations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and convey complex information. Management Accountant

Management Accountant (6 Month FTC) - Manchester - Hybrid working - Tech Company We are seeking a qualified Management Accountant for an initial 6 month contract, with strong potential for extension or a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have SME finance experience, ideally within the software or mobile telecoms sector, and demonstrate expertise in Xero and advanced Excel. This role is critical in driving financial operations and supporting strategic decision making. What You’ll Do: Manage the full accounting process (AP/AR/general ledger) Ensure accurate financial reporting using Xero Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for AIM listed standards Review monthly board packs and liaise with external parties Analyse financial data to spot trends and growth opportunities Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and support the CFO on strategic projects Drive financial improvements across cross-functional teams and maintain compliance Who You Are: ACCA/CIMA Qualified, Part Qualified, or QBE Demonstrated expertise as a Management Accountant Proficient in Xero accounting software Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations Prior experience in a subscription-based business model is highly desirable Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities What’s on Offer: Holidays 25 + bank holidays per annum Remote flexible working, with the expectation to attend the Manchester office at least once per week Access to HealthShield from day one Employer pension up to 5% (90 day postponement period) Annual £200 personal development budget Working hours: 35 hours plus 1 hour lunch per day What’s next?
