Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a strong finance background? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where you can drive meaningful change? We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support a critical finance transformation project upgrading financial planning tools capabilities within Oracle.

 

The Role

As the Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing and documenting business requirements to ensure a smooth and effective system upgrade. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide insights into the impact of process and system changes, helping to shape project resources, timelines and deliverables.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyse and document process and system changes required for the financial planning tool upgrade.
  • Work closely with the Finance stakeholders to assess project impact, including resource allocation, timelines and vendor deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Support process design, workflow optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and reporting on progress.
  • Apply best practices in Agile, Lean Six Sigma or SCRUM methodologies where applicable.

 

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a large, matrix style organisation.
  • First rate analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow tools.
  • Strong project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in delivering complex process optimisation projects.
  • Oracle experience is essential.
