Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in finance transformation? Do you thrive in fast paced environments and have the ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines? We are seeking a highly organised and driven Project Manager to lead a critical finance planning project. Oracle experience is essential for this role, as you will be working closely with finance and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The Role:

This role offers the chance to lead a finance transformation project that is underway. The focus will be on refining the project plan and ultimately execution. Working closely with senior stakeholders within finance, the role will require strong leadership to drive progress, meet key milestones and manage project timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own a detailed project plan, building on what has already been defined.
• Lead execution of the project, ensuring alignment with business planning and forecasting objectives.
• Engage with key stakeholders across finance and technology and senior leadership.
• Identify, manage and mitigate major risks and issues to keep the project on track.
• Organise and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Demonstrable experience managing complex finance projects.
• Strong experience with Oracle, particularly in finance transformation projects.
• Proven ability to deliver high impact projects in fast paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Expertise in business planning, forecasting processes and finance transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at executive level.
• Experience working within a large, complex environment.
